Cookie Policy (EU)
This Cookie Policy was last updated on 28 September 2026. It applies to all visitors of the website, including citizens and legal permanent residents of the European Economic Area and Switzerland.
1. Introduction
Our website, https://blacktech.equipment (hereinafter: “the website”), is operated by BLACKTECH j.d.o.o. It uses cookies and similar technologies such as the browser’s local storage and session storage (for convenience all of these are referred to as “cookies”). This policy explains which cookies we use, why we use them and how you can manage your choice.
2. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features that let a website remember information on your device. Session storage is deleted when you close the browser tab; cookies and local storage remain until they expire or you delete them.
3. Types of cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary cookies. These are required for the web store to work: they keep your shopping cart and wishlist, carry your order through checkout, remember the country you selected for VAT and shipping estimates, and remember your cookie choice. They are not used for tracking or advertising and, under applicable law, do not require your consent.
3.2 Statistics cookies. With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website (for example which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the website), so that we can improve it. These cookies are placed only after you click “Accept all”.
3.3 Marketing and advertising cookies. We do not use marketing, advertising or retargeting cookies.

If you click “Essential only”, only strictly necessary cookies are used. Your choice is stored for 180 days, after which we ask again. We will also ask again if we change the optional services we use.
